Hi Michelle,
I just wanted to follow up on our booking. We hired one of your castles on Saturday this weekend.
Can I just say I think your service has been fantastic. The party didn’t start until 2pm but the castle was here by 9am which was amazing! Also the guys that delivered it were really helpful and friendly. They picked it up exactly when they said they would. I also really appreciated the text confirmation the day before the booking which was fantastic peace of mind.

We used the blow up dartboard for an event for our tenants at The Sharp Project and they said it was a great way to break up the day and good fun. We used Go Bouncy for our school Spring Fair yesterday and I would definately recommend. We booked a castle, football shootout, popcorn warmer and the didi cars.
Our items where delivered and collected at the times agreed and the prices were really reasonable.
The guys delivering were friendly and helpful and gave us all the safety information we needed.
The equipment was clean and in excellent condition and the children had a fantastic day.
Michelle who answered all my emails was quick to reply, polite and provided me with all the information I needed.

My wife and I wanted to do something special for our daughters 10th birthday. When I called for a quote, Michelle was really helpful, asked questions that gave me confidence that they were on the ball! She made sure the castle would fit in our garden, made sure we picked something our daughter would like. asked about the timing of the party, when we wanted the castle to be delivered and picked up. It was very professional and filled me with confidence. On the day, the driver called me to let me know they were on their way, they turned up a bit early, quickly set up the castle while our daughter was getting ready in her bedroom. When she came down and saw it in the garden with a popcorn and candyfloss machine, she screamed with excitement. I have never seen my daughter so happy. Thank you for making her big day into a very special day for our family!!

Fantastic! Cheap, easy to book with a few different payment options, polite & friendly staff who arrived on time & assembled the castle really quickly exactly where I needed it. I don't have a lot of space so booked the Undersea castle for my daughter's 5th birthday party. It's 8ft by 10ft but it was plenty big enough for my daughter and her friends, they loved it!
Would recommend Go Bouncy & will definately use them again in the future.

I just want to say a MASSIVE THANKYOU.. been let down by an awful other company at the last min(30mins before) on my daughters 1st birthday. Your staff have gone above and beyond to make sure we got a castle and we didnt have to wait long. Thank you ALL for a very magical day today, your inflatable Grotto was fantastic and more besides, the lads setting up were very professional and arrived on time, hard working setting up and collecting, the children and parents came through the door and stood there in amazement with wide eyes and open mouths in awre, (the reaction that I was looking for!! ha! ha!) lots asking for your number so they can make a booking for the Grotto.

We are so glad that we booked in plenty of time, it was just AMAZING!

Just want to leave you a much deserved testimonial. A big thank you to you and the two lads who delivered and collected the Manchester United bouncy castle and candy floss machine. What a party! What a service!

I can't speak highly enough of this company. Right from the booking I have been kept updated, phoned when promised, the castle and candy floss machine were delivered and set up professionally and collected exactly as promised.

I was a bit worried that I wouldn't be able to operate the candy floss machine, but we were shown how to use it and it was so easy!

The castle was certainly a hit with my 7 year old and all his Manchester United fans, and the candy floss was just a hit with everybody.

The castle was fantastic....perfect for my 3 year olds Birthday and her friends - they didn't want to go home!! It was the biggest hit and the children didn't even want to get off it to eat the birthday cake which is really saying something!!
