Season Hire Times

All drop off / pick up times are approximate and for outside only.

If the castle is Indoors times may vairy but all last pick up times are to the discretion of the management.

A form of id (photo driving licence) must be produced on delivery.

If you would like a more accurate delivery / pickup time please call 0845 121 0666 before 6.00pm the day before your expected delivery day. Thank you.

Terms & Conditions

It is the responsibility of the person who is hiring this inflatable to ensure
that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury or damage to the Inflatable.

Please ensure that the following Safety Instructions are followed:
A This unit has an age limit of 12 Years (unless an adult castle has been hired). Please ensure no one over this age uses the equipment.
B No adults are to use this Inflatable unless an adult castle has been hired and is stated on page 3.
C No food or drinks (including Alcohol) or chewing gum to be allowed on or near the Inflatable. This will avoid choking and mess (Please note if the Inflatable is collected in a dirty condition then the person hiring it will incur a cleaning charge)
D All shoes, glasses, jewellery and badges MUST be removed before using this Inflatable.
E No face paints, party poppers, coloured streamers or silly string to be used either on or near the Inflatable.
F No smoking or barbeques near the Inflatable.
G Climbing, hanging or sitting on walls is DANGEROUS and must NOT be allowed.
H A responsible Adult must supervise the Inflatable at all times.
ITry to avoid large and small Children/adults if hired an adult castle from using it at the same time. Always ensure that the Inflatable is not overcrowded, and limit numbers according to the age and size of children/adults if hired an adult castle, using it.
J Ensure that children/adults if hired an adult castle, are not pushing, colliding, fighting or behaving in a manner likely to injure or cause distress to others.
K No pets, toys or sharp instruments are allowed on or near the Inflatable
L If the Inflatable is not being used for any part of the day, please switch the blower off at the mains.
M Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front safety step as a child/adult could easily bounce off the inflatable and get hurt. The step is there to assist users in getting on or off !
N Ensure that no-one with a history of back or neck problems is allowed on the Inflatable or any child/adult if hired an adult castle, who is feeling unwell.
O Do not allow anyone to be on the Inflatable during inflation or deflation as this is DANGEROUS.
P Ensure that Children are not attempting somersaults and
are clothed appropriately and that nothing can fall out of their pockets.
R Ensure that an area of 6 feet (2 meters) around the unit is completely clear
S The Inflatable should not be used if it becomes wet on the jumping area. If no shower cover is fitted and in the event of rain, the unit should not be used.
T In the event of heavy rain, it is strongly recommended that the Inflatable is switched off. Any wetness, including bubbling (which is normal) can be dried with a towel
U In the event that the blower stops working, please ensure all users get off the inflatable immediately. The blower should be connected to a RCD device at the power point, try pressing this to reset it, also check the fuses and make sure the blower tube or deflation tube has not come undone or something has not blown onto and is obstructing the blower. In the event that it overheats, or loses power, switch the blower off at the mains, then switch it back on again 1 or 2 minutes later, and it should restart. If it does not please inform G.B.C. Hire straight away on 0845 121 0666
VIf you would like to hire the bouncy castle for a longer period of time then this is possible by calling 0845 121 0666 at least one hour before the end of the time originally booked. This extra time will be charged at £10.00 (ten pounds) an hour Subject to availability.
WPlease note that all persons using this Inflatable do so at their own risk. The person/s or organization hiring this Inflatable equipment will be responsible / liable for any damage or injury occurring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use.

X Once delivered the unit/units must be paid for in full.

Y. All equipment must be paid for in full on delivery or all equipment will be removed even if part payment has been made unless agreed by the office.

Z If units are cancelled at the door before unloaded then a cancellation fee is due.

Delivery Policy

The cost of delivering to a particular area will be revealed when you choose this area. We may be able to deliver outside the areas available on our website. If you are outside of the areas shown on our website, please contact us to see if we can help you out.

If we are unable to provide your delivery due to adverse weather, vehicle failure, illness or any other factor, we will inform you of this at the earliest possible opportunity. Delivery times can be arranged during the booking process.

Please ensure that there is adequate space for our products, that the location our products will be sited is accessible, and that you have cleared the area of mess and debris. We will be unable to provide a refund if we cannot deliver your product due to a lack of space or accessibility or due to an inappropriate location.
